During the PMB Rotary Club Meeting on May 9th, 2024, members heard a presentation about the important work of the Del Carmen Foundation from its Founder, Ms. Carmen Line. The Foundation helps the disadvantaged youth in Venezuela and Philadelphia by providing them with the opportunity to have access to education, to be involved in athletic activities and to be provided with other resources that will guide them to live a positive and productive life.
